Blend is a creative production agency in Los Angeles.  We create and produce video content for brands.  We’re proud to say that we work with the most satisfied clients at some of the world’s fastest growing companies.

Here’s a rough outline of how our project based creative and production agency model works. 

Once we receive a RFP or a clearly defined list of deliverables for the creation and production of branded content here is our process.

While each project varies, we find we tend to spend about 3-4 months on average per client project.

Blend has a full time staff of four.

Here’s our basic ten step process once we receive a qualified RFP or creative brief

1. Source appropriate creative; production; post production talent (cut to copywriters; art directors; directors; editors; vfx websites )

2. Present Deck Bid + Statement of Work (show bid pages; SOW pages; signature and Invoice)

3. Creative Brief Approval + Receive First Payment (show creative brief + wire received graphic lol)

4. Present Creative Territories (Deck cover pages)

5. Full Scripting/Art + Revisions (Script deck overview)

6. Pre-Production + Receive 2nd Payment (Pre Pro Book cover; crew pics; wire received graphic lol)

7. Production + Rough Cuts + Revisions (BTS shots; Editor shots)

8. Post Production: VFX; Animation; VO; Graphics; Music (Editor; VFX; VO shots)

9. Final Approvals + Final Versioning (zoom calls happy clients)

10. Deliver work + Receive Final Payment (final finals; wire received graphic)

Some projects have extra steps but we try to keep it simple.
